ARGENTINA-ACCIDENT-EXPLOSION

Picture released by Agencia Rosario via Noticias Argentinas showing firefighters working after a powerful blast ripped through a ten-story building in Argentina’s third largest city, Rosario, on August 6, 2013 setting it ablaze and leaving at least six dead and 58 injured, according to the latest report. Firefighters said apparently a furnace in the downtown apartment building exploded. The blast wiped away the front of the edifice, leaving the insides of people’s homes and gutted balconies visible from the street below and shattered windows in buildings in a radius of several hundred metres from the blast site.
