The Deputy of the National Assembly, Gilmar Márquez, emphasized that the quality of life of the Zuliano declines daily as a consequence of the lack of public services and the insecurity in the country.

“We see how the people regress: deplorable public services, no drinking water, no fuel, no social security. It’s an ordeal for everyone,” he said.





Mr. Márquez regretted the increase of the diaspora in the country, especially the state of Zulia, whose citizens have leave in search of better life opportunities. “Men and women in search of better opportunities that are being denied in Venezuela,” he said.
